(Personal Data Protection Code)
Dear Customer, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter the “Code”) and in relation to the personal data of Tecno Service Verdari s.r.l. – Via dell’informatica, 10 – 37036 – S. Martino b.a. (VR), which will come into its possession, we inform you of the following.
1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING.
Processing is solely aimed at the correct and complete performance of real estate brokerage activities.
2. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING.
a. Processing is carried out through the operations indicated in Art. 4 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Code: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion.
b. These operations may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools and will make use of the latest technologies to optimize production processes, such as databases, management software, internet and email, and digital image processing.
c. Processing is carried out by the data controller and/or persons in charge of processing, whether they belong to the commercial, secretarial, administrative or management areas. 3. PROVISION OF DATA. The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for carrying out the activities referred to in point 1.
4. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA.
In principle, the provision of personal data is optional. However, the professional will not be able to perform their services without the collection of the data, which for those intending to use the brokerage service is considered mandatory. The related processing for the stated purposes does NOT require the consent of the data subject.
5. DISCLOSURE OF DATA. Personal data may be accessed by individuals in charge of processing and may be disclosed for the purposes mentioned in point 1 to internal or external collaborators. The essential personal data necessary for contact, such as name and telephone number, and only these, will also be disclosed to Tecno Service Verdari s.r.l. – Via dell’informatica, 10 – 37036 – S. Martino b.a. (VR), solely for the purpose of conducting sample checks required by industry regulations for obtaining ISO 9001:2000 quality certification. Telephone interviews may be conducted to assess customer satisfaction regarding the services provided by the Agency, the Data Controller. The data provided by the customer will also be processed to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, particularly the rules laid out by Legislative Decree 56/2004 and adopted by Ministerial Decree 143/2006 regarding the identification and storage of information.
6. DATA DISSEMINATION.
Personal data are not subject to dissemination.
7. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD.
Personal data may be transferred to European Union countries for the purposes outlined in point 1.
8. SENSITIVE DATA.
While carrying out its duties, and solely to provide highly qualified and satisfactory services, the Agency may need to process sensitive customer data. In such cases, operations will only be carried out if the written consent of the concerned individual has been obtained.
9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT.
Art. 7 of the Code grants the data subject specific rights, including the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists and to have such data made available in an intelligible form; the right to be informed of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the data controller and of the parties to whom the data may be disclosed; the right to request the updating, rectification, or integration of data, as well as its deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully; and the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data.
10. DATA CONTROLLER.
The data controller is Tecno Service Verdari s.r.l. – Via dell’informatica, 10 – 37036 – S. Martino b.a. (VR) – info@verdari.it.
The Controller, for the purpose of providing the requested real estate brokerage service, is expressly exempt from requesting the written consent of the data subject. As stated in point 5 of this Notice, the essential common data of the customer, such as name and telephone number, may be disclosed to Tecno Service Verdari s.r.l. – Via dell’informatica, 10 – 37036 – S. Martino b.a. (VR) solely for sample verification purposes required for obtaining ISO 9001:2000 quality certification. For this reason, telephone interviews may be conducted to assess customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Agency, the Data Controller. By signing, the Customer therefore consents to the communication and management of their data for the declared purposes.
